My little brother (okay... younger brother...) just got a job at USAirways. He gets free airfare for himself and his spouse/committed partner, and drastically reduced airfare for his parents. Nothing for siblings.
But wait! He's not married/in a committed relationship. What happens in that case? He gets to choose a "travel partner". This doesn't mean that the travel partner has to travel with the employee, just that the travel partner gets the spouse/immediate family travel benefits, including anytime/anywhere privileges.
His travel partner? His sister.
I love my brother.
